On Friday 26th of June, 2nd – 6th class set off on their school tour. Our first stop was Mitchelstown Cave, pupils discovered dripstone formations, stalactites and stalagmites. Our next stop was Blackrock Observatory, here students learned about the universe, comets and the history of the observatory. A great day was had by all!

Today we presented our attendance certificates to all the children with consistent and regular school attendance. The school attendance rate so far this year is 96% which is wonderful statistic. Maith sibh!
